Small Groups

At Crow River Church, we believe that life transformation happens best in community and we are committed to seeing every person grow in their faith as they become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Joining one of our ministries is a great way to connect with our church and start new friendships.

  • The Commons

The Commons is something new we are offering this winter/spring. The idea behind The Commons is to create a social space for people to gather and explore things we quite frankly don't have enough time to do on a Sunday morning.

Each session at The Commons could be different. One week we might dig deep into a book of the Bible, another week we might have a guest speaker who is an expert on a topic, one week might be on parenting, another week we might do a Q & A, etc. The point is...we will tackle a variety of things, looking through the lens of what it means to follow Jesus. Sunday sermons aren't enough, so The Commons is a chance for us to take spiritual conversations farther.

We will have 4 sessions: 2/19, 3/25, 4/22 & 5/13. All sessions go from 6:15-7:15 pm on Wednesdays during AWANA & Middle School programing. This should give those of you with kids in these ministries time to drop-off, attend The Commons, and get back to pick your kids up.

We will meet at the 221 building at 221 2nd St N in Delano. The 221 is across the street from City Hall's parking lot.

There is no need to register. But we do ask that you commit to do your best to attend all 4 sessions.  .

Email Pastor Aaron if you have any questions.
  • women's bible study

    6:30 - 8:30PM

Dwell is part of our Women’s Ministry here at Crow River. It’s focus is three-fold. First, we focus on our upward relationship with God, spending time in worship, study, and prayer, so we can deepen our understanding and love of Him. Second, we focus inward on our relationships with other women in the church, meeting weekly in small groups, giving us time and space to be intentional and intimate with one another. Finally, we focus outward, taking what we learn together into the world so we can shine like stars for Christ.

WHEN: Every Tuesday evening // 6:30-8:30pm
