tuesday nights

6:30 - 8:30pm

FALL SESSION dates: Sept. 24 - Dec. 9

Dwell is part of our Women’s Ministry here at Crow River. It’s focus is three-fold. First, we focus on our upward relationship with God, spending time in worship, study, and prayer, so we can deepen our understanding and love of Him. Second, we focus inward on our relationships with other women in the church, meeting weekly in small groups, giving us time and space to be intentional and intimate with one another. Finally, we focus outward, taking what we learn together into the world so we can shine like stars for Christ.

This fall we will be going through the book, "The Bondage Breaker" by Neil T. Anderson. Harmful habits, negative thinking, and irrational feelings can all lead to sinful behavior and keep you in bondage. If you feel trapped by any of these strongholds in your life, know that you are not alone - you can break free. In this study you will learn the underlying why's and how's behind spiritual battles and discover the truth that sets people free in Jesus.

WHEN: Every Tuesday evening // 6:30-8:30pm

WHERE: Various homes in Delano

WHAT: "The Bondage Breaker" by Neil T. Anderson

COST: Participants will be responsible for purchasing the study book on their own

LEADER: Sarah Stone

CHILDCARE: Not provided

Whether you are a mom of tots, teens, or anything beyond … you are invited to join us for Moms in Step. The mission of Moms in Step is to invest in moms through authentic love and community; to instruct moms on how to be examples of Christ Jesus while finding an identity in Him; to encourage moms to grow in their faith in Christ and equip them to walk in His power as they nurture and teach their children. Our vision is to minister to Moms by providing a loving, safe, supportive place for them to share their honest challenges as women, wives and mothers; to be a place where moms find community and friendship, while experiencing growth spiritually, emotionally and physically.

Crow River Church will have a small group especially for Crow River moms, making connecting with those in our community even easier! We also get the opportunity throughout the year to hear from great speakers and do service projects. All of this takes place while your kids are being cared for on-site by well trained staff and engaged with age appropriate curriculum.

Cost for fall semester: $50 without childcare, $100 with childcare. Financial scholarships available; request on sign up form.

2nd Thursday of each month

Made+Known is a once a month gathering for the women of Crow River Church.

Why Made+Known? Our title is inspired by the truth in Psalm 119:73-74: "Your hands made me and formed me; give me understanding to learn your commands. May those who fear you rejoice when they see me, for I have put my hope in your word."

Together we'll dive into how being made to know God, made to be known by others and made to make God known shapes our reality. We will do this through a short devotional time, hearing testimonies and praying together.

We will meet on the second Thursday of each month. Come once or come every month. Whatever works for your schedule! We'd love for you to make as many as you can so we can grow in our relationships with Christ and each other. No registration necessary.

Our first gathering will be held on Thursday, December 12 at 7pm at Karen Egeberg's photography studio in Delano; her studio is located in the Napa Auto Parts building (look for the "His Image Photography" sign above the front door of her building).

Our 2019/2020 remainder gathering dates:

December 12

January 9

February 13

April 9
